Refund Policy

Product Warranties and Refunds:

Once the order is confirmed and the account is offered and activated, we do NOT offer returns or refunds, due to the nature of the product it can’t be resold.
The products have a warranty period of 12 months during which Thunder TV replaces or reimburses any damage or malfunction caused by the producer of the product.If we are unable to deliver for any reason, we will issue you a full refund.If you received an incorrect product or the account was not activated.
A refund/replacement is possible.If the account cannot be activated for some unknown reason, contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and a refund/replacement is possible.
If you are having difficulty with the product you have purchased, please contact us first by describing your problem, accompanied by screenshots or photos taken with a digital camera to enable us to clearly assess the situation.
We have technicians who will help you install and activate your account.
Your order will be eligible for a refund in the rare case that our support staff cannot resolve the issue.
